Fish & Chips

1. I saw a picture of leopard print paired with green the other day (in a picture of home decor) and I really liked it, so here is my take on it for a work day. Nothing major, just some accents. So, if we are comparing this ensemble to home decor, I guess that would make me the couch, and my leopard print accessories the throw pillows. If you were a piece of furniture, what would you be? I would definitely be a couch....comfortable, a pain in the @$$ to move, and kind of fluffy. (I'm working on the whole "fluffy" thing, but food and I...we have a long history and are truly, madly, and deeply in love with one another.)

2. I wore a trench coat this morning because it was raining, and then it was so friggin' frigid in my office that I ended up wearing it all day long. So, yes, I pretty much looked like a creeper all day walking around in my trench. I always associate (even the most fabulous) trench coats with weirdo flashers. Maybe that is why I tie the belt behind me, so it's open...so people know I am wearing clothes underneath it.

3. After wearing this ring all day...my finger is nearly as green as my skirt. I have about 2 pieces of "real" jewelry...and this ring ain't one of 'em.

4. Speaking of my love affair with food, this red phone booth reminds me of England, which reminds me of fish & chips (with vinegar of course...and tarter sauce), which makes me hungry. See...it's a problem. DANG!
