Our last night out on the town in NYC almost never happened. After an 8 hour journey through Central Park, the zoo, and a few museums, we.were.exhausted. Last minute, we decided to soldier up and go get a drink. So, I thought...last night in The City...this calls for full blown sequins. Gold and black sequins top, and completely sequins(ed) out skirt. I look like a goth disco ball, but I'm fine with that.
Other than that...I have nothing to add. I'm beat, it's hot (really hot...I came home to a broken AC unit...fanfriggingtastic), and it's back to reality tomorrow. Frankly, I'm battling a pretty heavy case of "the Mondays" right now....and my normally sunny disposition is losing. Big time. ;)

ReplyDeleteAWWWW, THANKS!!!! We went to a place called Penthouse Deck at The Dream Hotel in the Meatpacking District. It was amazing. It was a lounge/club, and it had a rooftop deck with amazing views of the city skyline. The night before we went to another amazing rooftop patio, that one was called STK lounge, also in the Meatpacking District. The drinks were $20 a piece (ouch), but other than that...it was all WONDERFUL! We stayed on 5th Ave in an AH-MAZING hotel called, Andaz. I highly recommend it! It was right across the street from the NY Public Library. So....speaking of the perfect outfit...WOW, that silk maxi from KK BLOOM!!! YOU LOOKED REE-DONK-U-LOUS IN IT!! I actually just called the store and they are holding it for me til tomorrow (hoping a medium works...that is all they had left). I have to have it!! (I feel like we are pen pals and I love it)! XOXO
