Wind, Rain and a Heavy Make Out Session

Today was "wear your studded t-shirt (and shoes) to work day". Well, for me it was anyway. I did NOT feel like getting dressed this morning, so I wore work pants and a weekend t-shirt (maybe subconsciously I was trying to balance where I had to be and where I wanted to be).  I was exhausted. I woke up last night after sleeping for 3 hours and could NOT get back to sleep. So... with limited options and mounting frustration I went to my phone and downloaded an app that plays nature sounds (think rain, wind, and flutes). My sister-in-law gave me the idea a few weeks ago and let me tell you something. That shhht worked like a charm (thanks, Breeze Cat). After about 5 minutes of wind and rain my mind shut off and I slept like a damn baby. Sometimes I HATE technology and sometimes I want to ferociously make out with it (like throw it up against a wall and make the hell out with it) .

Random: The app I downloaded is called Rela*Melodies and it's free. It has a timer and an alarm and it's DOPE. Also, last night I made these amazeballs no bake thingys that I call "energy bites" but they are really more like cookies.
