I had a Charlotte Pink Week fundraiser to go to benefiting Breast Cancer research tonight after work, so this morning I grabbed the only 3 pink items I owned and put them all together. In all fairness I had black pumps on for work (Dolce Vita's from previous post) but threw the pink ones on (and the furry vest) before the festivities began. Considering the pink is actually Barbie hot pink I tried to play down the rest of the outfit with simple black and white. It was appropriate enough for work in the concrete jungle (accessories and all) and fun enough for after hours with the hot pink shoes and vest. Truth: I usually keep a duffel bag in my car with things that will take me from day to night, even if its just  copious amounts of cheap costume jewelry. Hey, some people keep spare tires and road flares in their trunks, I keep faux fur vests and heels....don't judge me.
