Lions and Tigers and Bears...Oh My! I threw on this wild leopard print button down today and kept everything else pretty simple for my 9-5. Although the print is wild, the style is a traditional button down with gathered sleeves. The pencil skirt has a high waist and hits just below the knee, but the heels are about 4 inches to give me some additional height (they also have a cute bow in the back to differentiate then from your average pump). Its hard for me to pull of flats with a longer skirt without having my legs mistaken for tree trunks. I put a tan trench over everything, because well...everything looks more sophisticated with a trench in a classic color (like black, tan, gray, or camel). I usually reserve the bag for traveling, but I had to carry a lot of stuff into the office this morning so I just swapped out my purse and threw it all in this over sized duffel. The red lipstick and sunglasses, well, those fun touches came out to play at after the 5 o'clock whistle.
