Leopard Print and Ladies Night

I used to be terrified of leopard print. Clearly...I am over it. I love it. I can't get enough. I used to say that a print like leopard should be used sparingly, but here I am wearing it on my feet and draping it around my neck. I hung out with my sister-in-law yesterday; we were both wearing all black with the same scarf on.  It's safe to say that the leopard print scarf is a fall/winter staple on our block. I'm obsessed. I actually saw a girl wearing big leopard print earrings the other day, and I found myself brainstorming ways to take them off of her ears and put them in my pocket (ever-so-slyly). I refrained from stealing those earrings, but it took a lot of restraint on my part. They looked kind of like THIS, so you can see why I would be lusting and devising a plan of attack. This is what I wore to dinner with my girlfriends last night. We went out for sushi to celebrate my sweet girlfriend, Liza's birthday. It was just 4 of us, but we laughed until our stomach's hurt. I can't speak for the rest of the ladies, but it's nights like that, that really recharge my battery. The evening wasn't quite chilly enough to warrant the cape, but I wanted to wear it, so I did. The cape and the booties are both from LOTUS. I am obsessed with both of them; you will be seeing the again. So, act surprised.
